Terms of Service
By using the appointments online, you agree to the following conditions:
You can not make an appointment with a doctor who is not your family doctor unless the appointment is for a work accident (CSST) or a car accident (SAAQ).
If your appointment is to have a family doctor, you cannot user this service. You need to call the clinic.
Staff at the clinic may cancel or change the date and time of your appointment. An email will be sent to you or you will be contacted by phone.
